Our comprehensive training package and ongoing support structure means you’ll join the 96% of Countrywide Signs franchisees who make a success of their business – one of the best records of any UK franchise network.

Initial Training at Head OfficeDesigned to help people from all backgrounds and skill levels, our training package includes three days of practical training at one of our regional branches, and a two-day introduction to the signage business and daily administration skills. This will be followed by a one-day unit setup session at our national sales office.

As part of the franchise package, you’ll also get a budget and cash-flow tutorial, health and safety training, plus a full day of learning how to use our accounting system.

After this it’s time to move into the field, where you’ll be given three days of sales and marketing training in your own territory, and a further day of onsite training to help you find your feet once things are up and running.

Detailed training materials are provided at every stage of your tuition, and you’ll also get a personal branded website setup for your own territory.

The effect of all this is to inspire your own confidence and give you the best chance possible of growing your business successfully.

As part of this ongoing support process, our head office team is also constantly on the lookout for future growth areas in the industry, developing new products you can bring to your marketplace in support of your core business.

And after the initial training, you can rest assured our management team will always be on the end of the phone to help you – whenever you need us.

Whether you are starting from scratch and buying a green field territory or investing into a re-sale territory with an established customer base our aim is help you get started in your new territory  as effectively as possible.

We encourage our franchise owners to work together to develop business and exchange good practice ideas. We facilitate regular meetings in various regions to bring the franchise owners together.

These are great opportunities for us to bring everyone up to date with the latest developments in the online systems and address any common sales issues. It is also a forum for us to discuss proposed developments in our systems and take on board ideas from the network as to how they might want the systems to move forward.

Counrtywide Signs National Accounts is based at the Head Office building in NewmarketOur complete solution means that National or Regional chains of agents can order all of their printed materials from one source, saving time and money through economies of scale. We can handle all of their printing requirements including residential and commercial boards, banners, flags, business cards, compliments slips, letterhead, leaflets and brochures.

We provide complete flexibility enabling these larger companies to manage the design process centrally and/or allow local agents to input details. The completed boards and stationery can be delivered to where it’s required – for example head office, local agents or to the local Countrywide Signs franchisee.

This flexibility and national/regional accountability means that Countrywide Signs are ideally placed to deal with the new online agents as well as more established high street names. In turn our franchisees benefit from being part of a national organisation that can react to business requirements at all levels.
